Varieties of Beancurd

I asked my friends what are the English terms for the different varieties of Beancurd (in Hokkien) and this is what I got:

Tau Pok: Deepfried Beancurd;
Tau Hu: Normal Beancurd;
Tau Kua: Compressed Beancurd
and Tau Ki: Beancurd Skin/Sticks.
